The following terms and conditions apply to services provided by Alpha Web Studios Services LLC.
We offer various technology services including software development, web design, IT support, and consulting. Project scopes and deliverables will be specified in the service agreement.
Pricing for services will be outlined in the service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, 50% payment is due upfront before work begins, and the remainder is due upon completion. Services are billed on an hourly basis with a minimum number of hours per project. Any additional services will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after services are completed. All refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Alpha Web Studios Services LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request. No administrative or preparing charges will be deducted from approved refunds. Full refunds will be provided where applicable. Product delivery times will be decided based on client requirements and project specifics.
A certain number of revision rounds will be outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond what is specified may incur additional fees at our standard hourly rate.
Support for services will be provided for 30 days after completion unless otherwise specified. Ongoing support may be purchased separately.
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose your information without consent. All client information and materials will be kept confidential unless required to be disclosed by law.
We will deliver services within the timeframe specified in the service agreement with the client. Delay in delivery from the client side can result in additional fees or project delays.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to violate these terms or any applicable laws. Any misuse may result in immediate termination of services.
We retain IP rights for any original work created for you. You retain IP rights for any content provided by you. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide the contracted services. After completion, we will transfer any applicable files or materials to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Web Studios Services LLC from any third-party claims or damages that arise from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We make no warranties about the services provided. Services are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any issues arising from client-provided materials or third-party services.
Our liability for damages arising from services is limited to the amount paid under the service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may occasionally update these terms. The latest version will always be available on our website. Please review them regularly to ensure you understand the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
